Lukas launched Hoellers Consulting to meet the growing demand for specialised sales talent and GTM leadership in this fast-evolving space. He is passionate about working with companies that want their sales teams and leadership to truly understand and connect with their customers at a deeper level.

Throughout his career, Lukas has worked extensively with software businesses operating across the energy and industrials sectors. He's particularly interested in how digital innovation is transforming real-world operations and reshaping both legacy industries and emerging verticals.

Before founding Hoellers Consulting, he built a successful recruitment practice specialised in international sales hiring for software businesses advancing the energy and mobility transition. He later joined a Tier 1 executive search boutique, where he led C-level searches for global software and technology businesses.

He holds a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter.
