Lukas Hoellersberger | Founder

Lukas founded Hoellers Consulting to deliver a genuinely differentiated approach. He is passionate about supporting the energy & utilities sector while helping clients and candidates realise their hiring and career ambitions.

Lukas has a keen interest in the intersection around psychology, communication, and leadership. He advocates for an outcomes-focused, relationship-led approach as best practice in executive search and specialist hiring.

Before founding Hoellers Consulting, he built a successful recruitment practice specialised in international sales hiring for software businesses and utilities advancing the energy and mobility transition. He later joined a Tier 1 executive search boutique, where he led C-level searches for global software and technology businesses.

He holds a BA in Geography from the University of Exeter.
